The RN at Carewann is a care management and clinical supervision role in Maryland home care. You’ll conduct client assessments, develop and update care plans, supervise caregivers in the field, conduct nurse visits, oversee medication management, and communicate with families and physicians. You’ll work directly alongside the nurse-owner to ensure quality care for every client.
