Yes. Carewann caregivers receive orientation and additional personalized training based on each client’s care needs. This ensures that caregivers understand the specific care plan, safety considerations, and support required for each individual we serve.

Yes. Carewann provides nursing services which may include skilled nursing visits for wound care, chronic condition management, tube feeding administration, medication management, and private duty nursing.

Nursing services require a physician’s order. Our team will work with your physician to coordinate the appropriate care at home.

In some situations, yes. Certain Maryland programs allow eligible family members to receive compensation for providing care.

All caregivers working with Carewann are employees of the company, not independent contractors.

This means that payroll, taxes, workers’ compensation, and insurance are handled by Carewann in accordance with Maryland labor laws and employment regulations.
